How to use

Mix with Welloxon Perfect developer (6%, 9%, or 12%) in a non-metallic bowl according to the desired level of lift, then apply evenly to dry, unwashed hair. Development time depends on hair condition, up to a maximum of 50 minutes without heat; rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and shampoo.
