This delivery method is only valid for Ankara province. What You Need to Know About the Shipping Process: The fastest solution to any problems that may occur after your products have been shipped is to contact the cargo company. However, in such cases, we will do our best to expedite the solution for your satisfaction. If the cargo company cannot find you at the address you provided in your order, your products will be returned to your local cargo branch. If you fail to collect your products from the branch within 3 days, they will be returned to our company. Returned cargo will be reshipped, with a second shipping fee charged to you.
