US orders over $75 ship free; below that, shipping is $9.99. Other countries see the rate at checkout. If customs charges you on delivery, send us the receipt and we refund it.
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics can't come back for a change of mind, but we always replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong.
