Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.

US Stock items

Items you buy with the "US Stock" option ship from our warehouse in New Jersey. We hand these orders to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery within the US usually takes 2 to 4 more business days.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, write to us and we'll follow up on your shipment.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date and tracking doesn't show it as delivered, we consider it lost. We'll reship your order or give you a full refund, whichever you choose.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, email info@beautycarebag.com with your order number. We go by the carrier's written delivery record and the address on your order. If the record shows delivery to a different address or location than the one on your order, we refund your order. Otherwise, we review the case and tell you the outcome by email.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.

Returns and cancellations

Return eligibility depends on where your order was delivered and the items in your order.

If you return an item because you changed your mind, it must be unused and in its original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept a change-of-mind return of a cosmetic or personal care product once it has been opened or its hygiene seal has been removed.

This hygiene rule applies only to change-of-mind returns. Opening an item doesn't stop you from reporting it as defective, damaged, or wrong, and an item that arrives unsealed or already open counts as damaged.

Return shipping

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you arrange and pay for the return shipping. Please use a tracked shipping service. We don't deduct a shipping fee from your refund.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, or something is missing from your order, we cover the shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, or if something is missing from your order, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within a few days of delivery. Exceptions and non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return, as stated in the return terms above or on the product listing, website, or in-store at the time of purchase.

Items in our Outlet collection are final sale, so you can't return them because you changed your mind. If an Outlet item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, we replace it or refund you in full. Coupon codes, site-wide promotions, and Subscribe & Save discounts don't make an order final sale. This doesn't affect the legal right of customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom to cancel within 14 days.
