How to use

Essential oils are very potent and should always be diluted in a carrier oil before applying to skin. For facial use, dilute to no more than 0.02%, such as 2 drops in 150 ml of fractionated coconut oil for oily skin or 2 drops in 150 ml of jojoba oil for dry skin. For aromatherapy, add a few drops to bath water or a diffuser.
