If your package is rejected by customs and returned to us:

- Express shipment rejected at customs: A refund will be issued after deducting shipping and return costs. In exceptional circumstances, Beauty Care Bag will cover the full amount.
- Customer does not collect package from customs: Once the product is returned to us, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping and customs costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at every stage of delivery.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 6 calendar days of placing your order, please contact us at info@beautycarebag.com. If your tracking number shows no carrier scan for 7 calendar days after you receive it, please contact us as well: we will open a carrier investigation and reship or refund your order, your choice.
Address Information & Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Beauty Care Bag is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the carrier is unable to reach the recipient, the package may be returned to us. For returned packages due to address errors, a refund will be issued after deducting round-trip shipping costs.
Shipping Delays
Beauty Care Bag takes full responsibility for carrier-related delays or unexpected logistical issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly. If your package has shown no carrier scan for 14 calendar days and you ask us to reship it, we will cover expedited shipping on the replacement at no extra cost to you.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within a few days of delivery). After reviewing your case, we will provide the fastest possible resolution. If your order arrives with an item missing, we will confirm your resolution (a free replacement or a full refund, your choice) within 2 business days of receiving your photos.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your order date and tracking does not show it as delivered, it is considered lost. Please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and reship your order or issue a full refund (your choice). Beauty Care Bag assumes full responsibility for lost packages.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours, your building's mailroom and your local post office, then email info@beautycarebag.com with your order number. We go by the carrier's written delivery record. If it shows delivery to a different address or location than the one on your order, we refund your order. If it shows delivery at the address on your order, the package is treated as delivered rather than lost. We can't contact the carrier's local delivery team on your behalf, so we review each case and tell you the outcome by email.
Shipping Restrictions
Some countries may have specific regulations regarding the import of cosmetic products. It is the customer's responsibility to verify whether the products are permitted to enter their country. Beauty Care Bag is not liable for packages that are seized or rejected due to local import restrictions on specific products.

1. Your Right to Return
You may return any eligible item within 14 days from the day you (or a person you designated) receive the last item of your order, without giving any reason.
For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom: under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK consumer law you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting from delivery of the last item. We apply this same 14-day return window to all customers worldwide, wherever you live. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
2. How to Request a Return or Cancellation
- By email (all customers): write to info@beautycarebag.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and, optionally, the reason. We reply with confirmation and return instructions.
- From your account (EU and UK customers): log in to your account, open the relevant order and submit a return request.
If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel it the same way for a full refund.
Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or cannot be matched to your order.
3. Sending Your Items Back
- Ship the items within 14 days after your return request is approved, to the return address we provide.
- Items must be unused and, where applicable, with the hygiene seal intact, in their original packaging.
- Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage.
4. When You Get Your Refund
We issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items at our facility (or of receiving proof that you have shipped them back), to your original payment method. In practice most refunds are processed within a few business days of arrival.
Your bank or card issuer may need a few additional days to post the amount to your account. If you prefer, we can instead issue a store discount code of equal value, valid for 12 months.
Note for PayPal payments older than 6 months: PayPal does not allow direct refunds after 6 months, so we will arrange the refund to your bank account manually.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: a flat $10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
- Wrong, damaged or defective items: we cover the return shipping (or you do not need to return the item at all if we say so) and refund or replace the item free of charge, including original shipping.
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Cosmetics and personal care products that have been opened, used or had their hygiene seal removed (for health and hygiene protection reasons).
- Gift cards.
- Items personalized or made to your specifications.
Outlet and clearance items cannot be returned for change of mind. These are the items listed in our Outlet collection, sold at a permanently reduced price. Coupon codes, site-wide promotions and Subscribe & Save discounts do not make an order final sale - those orders keep the full 14-day return right. This does not apply if the item arrives wrong, damaged or defective; in that case we replace or refund it. It also does not affect the statutory 14-day withdrawal right of customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
7. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within a few days of delivery) with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at your choice. This does not limit your legal guarantee rights; in the EU these apply for at least two years from delivery.
8. Lost, Refused or Unclaimed Packages
- If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the order date and tracking does not show it as delivered, contact us; we will reship it or refund you in full, at your choice. If tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, see "Packages Marked as Delivered" in our Shipping Policy.
- If a package is returned to us because it was refused at delivery or not claimed from the carrier, we refund the product price once we receive it back; the original shipping cost is not refunded.

This policy applies to subscription (Subscribe & Save) purchases made on Beauty Care Bag. For returning items you have already received, see our Refund Policy.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, from your account or by emailing us. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future renewals immediately.
Before your first order ships
Contact us and we will cancel both the order and the subscription, with a full refund.
Before a renewal is charged
We email you before your next order is placed, so a renewal never arrives as a surprise. You can also see your next delivery date in your account at any time. Until a renewal is charged you can skip it, move its date, change the products or the frequency, or cancel - and nothing will be charged.
After a renewal is charged but before it ships
Contact us and we will cancel that order and refund it in full.
After an order has shipped
That order follows our Refund Policy: you have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetics and personal care products cannot be returned once they have been opened or once the hygiene seal has been removed. Cancelling your subscription stops all future renewals immediately, whatever happens with an order already on its way.
European Union & United Kingdom
Under EU and UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time, regardless of how many orders you have received.
Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period): you have 14 days from the date of each delivery to cancel without giving any reason.

I ordered this shampoo because it is well suited for my hair and scalp. It is difficult to find this shampoo in Canada, and other shampoos tend to cause itching and dandruff. I was really hoping this was the same Clear shampoo I have been using for years, and it did not disappoint. Thank you! I will definitely be ordering it again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I like this shampoo because it does not cause any itching or discomfort on my scalp. However, it is unfortunate that there is not a single word in English on the label. I have an oily scalp, and this shampoo is not the best fit for me because my hair looks greasy again the next day. I think this shampoo may be better suited for people with fine hair and a normal scalp. That said, I still like the shampoo. I simply ordered a different one — Clear Oil Control — from the same online store.
It was easy to order and came within a decent time frame. I love these eye drops and will continue to use them!
The package was fast
As a type one diabetic I have used thousands of needles. When the insulin pen came about it is a great improvement however, the convenience is only as good as the needle. This particular BD 32 ga 6mm is by far the sharpest most comfortable shot you will ever take. The problem is the cost. My insurance won’t cover them and only pays for cheap needles that feel like a wasp sting. I am glad I found them from this company at a reasonable price
